Providing a safe space for your
personal evolution

When we started, I had no real idea what life coaching was all about. Sharon was my personal coach for just over a year. Clarity, focus and renewed energy were the results I achieved in working through the coaching process. From career to health, relationships to personal development, we covered some very meaningful ground. Sharon’s coaching skills and her ability, challenged me in a very difficult transitional period of my life. Sharon asked the hard questions to put me on the road to personal and professional discovery and changed my level of awareness. The results have allowed me to see different perspectives impacting my life and make the appropriate changes to fulfill my needs. Her services were priceless to me.

Both written and verbal feedback was excellent – specific examples were always provided to clarify the point. When addressing an area of development, coaching was given in a positive manner. I felt I could be open/honest and learn from Sharon’s knowledge. Coaching can sometimes put you in a reflective/vulnerable role and I feel I may not have learned as much from the sessions if I had not been able to establish that trust right up front with Sharon.

Sharon’s opened my mind to new ways of communicating. She taught me that my way of communicating is not always the only way, or the most effective way. As a result I have been able to communicate more clearly and directly. The four step coaching process helped me to communicate with my employees more clearly. I was able to effectively point them into the right direction by asking them a series of probing, open ended questions to help them discover the appropriate answers on their own. It promotes a very “non-threatening” approach, the employee is learning to think and problem solve on their own. The end result, not breakdown in communications, a happy developed employee, and a job well done. This is a true art form!!!

Christie May, Area Manager; Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario

I have enjoyed having someone knowledgeable in this area observe my skill and style as a manager. Based on the written information provided you could easily see that there was a lot of time and thought spent on the feedback that was provided. Positive reinforcement was always used consistently.

Anastasia Romas, Area Manager; Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario
